We are a CTC-affiliated club that aims to offer riding, help and advice to all mountain bikers from the new inexperienced rider, through those who ride purely for fun or fitness, to the racing snakes.
We ride every Wednesday evening at 6-30pm from the car park of The Royal Oak in Duddington. Club rides are usually 2 to 3 hours long at a 'social' pace (we ride to have fun, not to tear each other's legs off!). We also usually organise a monthly club ride out to somewhere further afield (The Peak, Long Mynd, Cannock, Hamsterley, BPW, Llandegla, etc.). There are also usually one or more informal local rides happening each weekend - keep an eye on our Facebook page for details of these.
Please note this site is no longer the main source of information about our club, although you should get a flavour of what we're about from it still - on our Facebook page you will find the latest local ride news, trail updates, photos, videos and the latest kit that our riders recommend (it's always cool to read about real world experience of gear before you part with your hard earned cash). It's also a great place to ask questions about us and the local trails.
Feel free to meet up with us, ride, enjoy a pint or coffee, and shoot the breeze about all things bike.
We also have experienced riders within the club that can help you develop your riding techniques - over tree roots, weight distribution on steep climbs, jumping, or any other aspect of your riding.
